New Multiple Unit Listing Program for 2004/2005 Season

Chalets Online is pleased to announce a new addition to our guest matching service.  This new program has been designed specifically for building managers and strata managers to promote the rental of the properties they manage.  With this new program, qualifying properties will be able to have their own private label website with availability and pricing integrated into their own web site.  This will allow building managers and/or developers to have building specific information available to the guests.   This information could help guide the guest to other amenities, real estate information, building maps and much more.  By using our private site integration tools, managers will be able to save time maintaining pricing and availability information in one place even if they promote their properties on more than one site.

Promote your properties on more than one site.  Chalets Online owns other domain names that your properties will be able to be listed on including skichaletrental.com, chaletquest.com, snowpines.com and many more.  This means you will get maximum exposure by being able to be listed on multiple sites and yet only have to manage the property at one location.

At only 5%, this will be the most affordable way to market your property.  Other services charge between 10% and 50% and often have annual fees to use their services.   This discounted rate is available only to multiple unit buildings.  There are no setup fees or annual fees to use the service.  Owner block offs for personal use is permitted at no cost to the owner.  Website design and programming services are available, if required, for an additional fee.  A private site integration guide will be supplied at time of setup.

QUALIFYING PROPERTIES

This program is available to multiple unit properties with 6 or more participating units.  The building manager is responsible for maintaining the availability and the pricing of the units managed within that building.  Individual unit owners can optionally be notified when matches are made.

FREE INTERNET WEB HOSTING

As a bonus service to participating buildings, Chalets Online will provide Free^* Internet Web hosting.  There are no setup fees, no monthly or annual fees.  Traffic reports showing the number of page hits and the amount of data transferred will be generated on a daily basis.  This is an optional service and is only provided as a service to our customers to help promote their site and Chalets Online.

MAXIMUM EXPOSURE

Chalets Online has marketing arrangements with numerous international web websites.  These sites are heavily promoted in Europe, Australia and North America.  Locally we have advertising arrangements with the Big White Racers Ski Club, South Kelowna Recreation Society and the Okanagan Boys and Girls Clubs just to name a few.
